March 31st- AHHHH! Can’t believe i accually made it throughout the whole challenge :D I’m so happy haha. Well today i exercised for 30 minutes and then danced for another 30 minutes. I also did some yoga for 15 minutes and later i did Zumba for 20 minutes. I did 45 squats and 50 sit-ups. And drank 8 glasses of water this whole day :)
March 30th- Danced for 2 hours Just Dance 4 on the Wii haha thats a lot but i lost track of time. I also drank 7 glasses of water. And did 40 squats and 45 sit-ups :D
March 29th- Today i did some Zumba again for 30 minutes then exercised for another 30 minutes. Completed doing 40 squats and 40 sit-ups. Also drank 6 glasses of water.
March 28th- I finally did some Zumba and its is not as easy as it looks. Its a hard work out. I did this for an hour. I also did my 40 squats and 40 sit-ups before doing Zumba. And throughout the day I drank 8 glasses of water.
Over the course of this month i learned a lot of things about myself. First, that i can stay proposed to something if i really want to. Second, that i can enjoy something that i barely even do. And third, that i love trying new things out a lot more now then i did before.
The time I put into my challenge i think was worth it because it became harder than the time i had before which was like about 30 minutes. I must admit at first i was kind of lazy to commit to this challenge but I completed them all everyday. I have noticed a difference in the way I act. I am not as lazy as I was before. And I kind of feel more energetic! :)
March 27th- Did some dancing for an hour and 24 minutes. Then completed my 40 squats and 40 sit-ups. I also drank my 5 glasses of water. And did laps at the pool for 15 minutes.
March 26th- Exercised for an hour and before that i did some warm ups for 15 minutes. Went to the pool and did laps for 20 minutes. Did my 40 squats and sit-ups. I also drank 6 glasses of water.
March 25th- Did yoga for 20 minutes and the danced for about 40 minutes. Went outside for a run of 30 minutes. I also did my 40 sit-ups and 40 squats. Drank 5 glasses of water today :)
March 24th- Drank 6 glasses of water. Did my 40 sit-ups and 40 squats. Did some warm ups for 30 minutes then worked out for and hour. And after that I danced for 24 minutes.
To be honest I won’t be sad about the challenge being over. It is supposed to be a one month challenge but I will keep doing my exercises and keep dancing because it has become a daily routine for me. Besides I don’t mind exercising everyday I might be lazy here and then but I’ll keep doing it as long as I’m not busy or anything. So far throughout this challenge it’s been fun, not easy to keep up but I’m still up for it. I think this challenge has become something I have to do on a daily basis.
This challenge has been fun but not easy. I remember the first time I started doing about 30 minutes or less off work out. That was too easy, and I’m glad I changed my challenge to minimum an hour of workout. I enjoyed this a lot and I’m glad I picked this challenge. I’m happy with the challenge
