March 8th- Today was a long day i exercised for 4 hours straight but took like 5-10 minute breaks. I drank 5 glasses of water :) No pool today though.
March 7th- Today I got a little carried away with the time of my workout at home haha. I lost track of time. First I stretched, then I exercised, and lastly I did some dancing. I did all this for 2 hours. I also swam and did laps in the pool for 20-30 minutes. Today I had a lot of fun even though I did a lot I still enjoyed it. I think I like doing my challenge for longer times rather than short period of times better :D I also had a whole gallon of water <3
|On my first week of my challenge the most difficult thing for me has probably been the pain on my legs, they've been so sore for this past week. Especially at school, going up and down the stairs is the most painful for me. It's also difficult in physical education at school and trying to fit my challenge in my schedule. But so far I've been able to do all my challenges every single day and not miss any of them.|
|At home I have been working out everyday for less than 30 minutes. Outside of home I've been swimming at the pool and doing laps for about 20 minutes. But I feel like the workouts at home are too short. I want to push myself to doing at least an hour of exercising, yoga, dancing, and Zumba. I'm sure this will make my workouts more of a challenge at home. I'm still keeping my swimming as it is though.|
March 6th- Today exercised for 30 minutes. Was extremely hard. Worked out the upper part of my body then the lower part. I also did laps at the pool for 15 minutes. Drank 6 glasses of water. Im glad im still staying with this challenge :D
March 5th- Not so bad today still sore from my legs. Exercised and stretched for bout 17 minutes. I did laps in the pool for 10 minutes. Had five glasses of water. Keeping it up. Can’t give up.
March 4th- Stretched for 5 minutes then exercised for 20 minutes :) Had 6 glasses of water today. I feel so sore, my legs hurt a lot. But I’m keeping up with the challenge no matter what.
March 3rd- Did yoga for 20 minutes, then exercised for 15 minutes. And drank 5 glasses of water. Very hard workout today /.
March 2nd- Today in the morning i practiced dance with my mom for 20 minutes and had 5 cups of water. Had fun :)
